Kedington made a quick start, Tom Rogers opening the scoring within the first five minutes from a penalty awarded when Matt Heart was taken down while through on goal.
Tom Rodgers added to the lead shortly after from the of the penalty area, but with the Acton Crown team having equalised in the closing minutes for 2-2 draws twice in two seasons Kedington were not about to rest on their laurels, with Matt Heart making it three by the end of the first half hour.
Kedington's refusal to sit back and take it easy proved to be a wise choice as Acton Struggled back to 3-2 by half time with a break away goal and a well placed free kick from just outside the area.
Kedington however were determined not to fall to another last minute draw and dominated after the break, so a fourth goal was long expected by the time Lee Phillips scored half way through the second half.
Alan Moule tapped in at the far post towards the end of the game to finish off Acton Crown and give Kedington FC a 5-2 score line to celebrate on the journey home.
Kedington now rise to third in the League only three behind Rayne who happens to be their next League fixture at home on the 24th but even a win may not be enough to grab equal second as Rayne have a game in hand.
