

At half past ten on Sunday morning members of Kedington's branches of the Royal British Legion, Sea Scouts, Cubs, Beavers, Brownies and Guides Started from outside The Barnardiston Arms in slow procession. The Parade was lead through the village by Brian Tyrrel to the graveyard Kedington Church where it became part of a gathering said by many to be the largest in recent years.The Colours of various village groups were lowered and the village joined the nation in two minuets silence. This ended with the last post after which wreaths of poppies were laid on the memorial cross. The service then moved inside the church for it's conclusion.
