

At around 12:30 on Tuesday afternoon thieves broke in to two houses on Taylors Farm Road.At the first house they broke a window at the back of the house to gain entry after failing to force the back door making off with a video and laptop. They also broke in to the unoccupied house next door and although they are not believed to have take anything caused damage to the property in breaking in and searching.
The two men believed to be the culprits were seen shortly after getting in to a silver car outside the shops on the Westward deals estate having come from the direction of Taylors Farm Road. They were each carrying reusable shopping bags believed to contain the stolen items.

Several similarities have been noticed between this Crime and a burglary in Clare the on the previous day and residents residents in the area are warned to be on their guard. DC Blayney advised KedingtonNews.co.uk that householders should leave lights on while not at home, on timer switches if possible or if it is the middle of the day leave a radio on to deter thieves.
