Christmas can be a busy time with so much to do, but here in Kedington at least dealing with Christmas cards can be a little easier. Not only are you saved the need of trapesing in to town by the beautiful range of cards available from Kedington Newsagents, but now you can save yourself the effort of walking round the village to deliver them. Mike and Rose Driscoll are ready and waiting to do all your in village card deliveries and all in aid of Kedington Church funds. The process is simple, get your package of cards to Rose and Mike by Friday the 17th of December, include 10p per card (all of which goes to church funds) and your own Name and address in case of query. Rose and Mike are willing to deliver to anywhere in the village it's self but do ask that you do not include any cards for outlying parts or for Calford Green. Mike and Rose can be found at 36 Westward Deals.
If your cards are going further afield via royal mail the last date for Christmas Post is the 21st for first class, the 18th for second and the 15th for Standard parcels. Special Delivery goes right up to last collection (about 4:30pm) on the 23rd. Please note that the 18th and the 15th both happen to be early closing days so the post office will be closing at 12:30 (although a collection will be taken from the post box out front at around 4:30pm).
